Challenge
Quintiles, an international Contract Research Organization (CRO), manages an extensive number of clinical research studies. Through ClinicalResearch.com, Quintiles encourages patient participation. When the website was rebranded, Quintiles relied on Contrast Creative to produce patient testimonial videos in an effort to increase clinical trial participation.
Results
This series of videos focused on six specific areas of clinical research: diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, depression, irritable bowel syndrome, arthritis and asthma. The rebranded site allows potential study participants to learn about the clinical trial process through the firsthand accounts of real life clinical trial patients, and study investigators alike. These engaging and informative interviews educated the public on the benefits and risks associated with clinical trial participation.
