General Motors (GM), headquartered in the heart of Motor City – Detroit, Michigan, is the world’s number one automaker. As part of their commitment to excellence, the company features a line of certified used vehicles that undergo a rigorous 117-point inspection, backed by warranties and includes a free vehicle history report. GM partnered with Mullen, a Boston advertising agency, who then hired Contrast Creative to create a series of video vignettes that inform consumers about their Certified Used Vehicle (CUV) program.

 

Results

The videos, which featured consumers from GM’s highest producing dealerships, were added to the GM CUV website and served as effective communication tools for potential buyers.
