Challenge
Health insurance company Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina or BCBSNC serves more than 3.9 million customers in North Carolina. BCBSNC offers members health and wellness solutions, including condition care nurse support at no additional cost. In an effort to increase awareness about this care management offering, BCBSNC contracted with Contrast Creative to create a short, strong and engaging educational animated infographic capable of communicating the nurse support benefit to its members with a motivating call to action.
Results
The healthcare infographic was part of an email campaign to qualified members with complex health conditions. The goal is to increase nurse engagement. Relevant key performance indicators are being measured.
